29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):Floor aisles and passageways were not kept clear creating trip hazards in the workplace. On or about November 30, 2022 employees were exposed to a tripping hazard by a flexible cord that was routed over a stairwell that gave access to trailer CMM-6-21's HVAC.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about November 30, 2022 employees were exposed to an electrical hazard by exposed wiring on a light fixture in container # SKYU2245480 due to improper strain relief on the cable.
