Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Location - IVO 2 Everett Road, Billerica, MA 01821 On or about 12/06/2022, employees were exposed to falls to a lower level when working on platform greater than 10 feet. Cuccio Masonry Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1388995, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 04/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 89 Bacon Street, Winchester, MA 01890.
