29 CFR  1910.217(b)(7)(xii):The clutch/brake control(s) of mechanical power press(es) with part revolution clutches did not incorporate an automatic means to prevent initiation or continued activation of the single stroke or continuous functions unless the press drive motor is energized and in the forward direction.  a) Production area: Rousselle stamping press: On or about December 6, 2022, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush-by and amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a mechanical power press with part revolution clutch that did not incorporate an automatic means to prevent continued activation of the single stroke.
