29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6):Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: a) Work site was located at 67 East Highland Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716 A pump jack scaffold in use by workers on site was not designed by a competent person as the working surface was not level and did not have end rails in place to keep workers from falling approximately 20 feet to ground. Violation was observed on or about June 30, 2022.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Work site was located at 67 East Highland Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716 A pump jack scaffold in use by workers on site did not have end rails in place to keep workers who were performing siding work from falling approximately 20 feet to ground. Violation was observed on or about June 30, 2022.
