29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:   On or about February 1, 2023, an employee were required to wear a tight fitting 3M brand half-face respirators without having their facial hair trimmed or shaven so that the facial hair did not interfere with the face mask sealing surface.

29 CFR  1910.1025(c)(1):Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period:  An employee, who was cleaning the floor of a foundry, was exposed to lead at a time weighted average of 66 mcg/m3.  This level exceeds the permissible exposure level (PEL) for the 8-hour time weighted average concentrations by 1.31 times.  This exposure was derived from samples collected over a 453 minute sampling period on February 1, 2023.
