29 CFR 1904.33(b)(1): During the five year storage period, the employer did not update the stored OSHA 300 Logs to include newly discovered recordable injuries or illnesses and to show any changes that had occurred in the classification of previously recorded injuries and illnesses: a) On or about 12/8/2023, the employer did not ensure that OSHA recordkeeping documents (OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301) from calendar year 2019 was maintained and revised to adequately and accurately reflect information pertinent to each recordable injury. Information was not recorded in the detail required in Column F for all cases recorded. b) On or about 12/8/2023, the employer did not ensure that OSHA recordkeeping documents (OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301) from calendar year 2020 was maintained and revised to adequately and accurately reflect information pertinent to each recordable injury. Information was not recorded in the detail required in Column F for all cases recorded. c) On or about 12/8/2023, the employer did not ensure that OSHA recordkeeping documents (OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301) from calendar year 2021 was maintained and revised to adequately and accurately reflect information pertinent to each recordable injury.
