Located in the upstairs back stairwell, a white Kenmore Elite 12.5 Amp microwave, model no. 721.64282301, serial no. 507KM01417, was plugged into a relocatable power tap. 2). Located in the downstairs first floor breakroom, a stainless steel Toshiba microwave, model. no. EM245A5C-SS, was plugged into a relocatable power tap. Employees are exposed to an electrical hazard that could result in smoke inhalation or burns.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gasses in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in � 1910.6. Section 3.3.6 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 states: "Do not store cylinders near highly flammable substances such as oil, gasoline or waste." Located in the Craftsman shed outside the warehouse shop area, an oxygen cylinder was stored next to a flammables cabinet and flammables including gasoline. Employees are exposed to a fire or explosion hazard.
