On or about December 6, 2022, and times prior thereto, at the packing room, on the high voltage A-panels boxes were missing knock-out plugs exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. a) Voltage packer Panel 312 vibrator missing ground knockout in front of panel; b) Auto trim feed panel 314 missing knockout in front of panel.
