29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: a) Main Saw Head Operation Area: On or about December 07, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught in hazards in that five rotating, keyed shafts on the outfeed conveying system were not guarded from accidental contact.
