29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a) On or about December 5, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet while working from a pitched roof without fall protection.     Farez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1584703, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2022, with respect to a worksite located at 14461 Rathfarm Drive, Homer Glen, Illinois.    Farez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1557712, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2022, with respect to a worksite located at 4436-4442 W. Hutchinson, Chicago, Illinois.    Farez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1424702, citation 1, item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 10261 S. 81st Ave., Palos Hills, Illinois.                    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
