On or about 12/6/2022, an employee of Walgreen's store #10099, was not provided with adequate instructions on how to use "manual mode" safely to eject a bale from the Cram-A-Lot (Model VB-42-SR) vertical stockroom baler.  Feasible means of abatement include performing re-training to all employees operating the balers regarding how to safely prepare and eject a bale from stockroom balers.
