29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. a. Storeroom - On or about December 08, 2022, the employers stock room was filled with materials that prevented access to the working space about the electrical installations, employees were exposed to electrical, fire and struck by hazards if required to reach the panels quickly. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-facility handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a. The Register area - On or about December 8, 2022, the employer had a compressed gas cylinder of helium gas that was not secured to prevent falling or being knocked over, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
