29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):: The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) At the site, on or about 12/8/2022, the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards, in that the walking-working surfaces in the grocery aisle 10, 28, 32 and the online grocery meat cooler were not kept free of leaks of water.
