OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when rinsing the dirt of a farm tractor from an elevated surface: On December 7, 2022, near 21250 U.S. HWY. 27, South Bay, Florida, an employee was exposed to an approximated 7.5-foot fall hazard when rinsing the dirt of a John Deere Model R4038 tractor with a water hose from an elevated surface without using any means of fall protection and/or restraint.
