29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 6 Truman Road, Berlin NJ: Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's walls without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 12/08/22.  Green Master Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589276, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/21/22, with respect to a workplace located at Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a - 6 Truman Road, Berlin NJ: Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's walls without the use of fall protection.  At the time of the exposures these company workers had not received fall hazard recognition and minimization training.  Condition noted on or about 12/08/22.   Green Master Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589276, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/21/22, with respect to a workplace located at Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
