Location: The intersection of Smalley Road and Spring Street in Windsor Lock, CT  On or about 12/08/2023 an employee was injured when strand wire fell to the ground and attached to a passing pickup truck due to the employer not providing at least one advance warning sign to warn drivers and did not utilize flaggers to stop traffic.
