29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) TT of Woodmen, Inc. dba Woodmen Nissan: On or before 12/9/22 the employer did not ensure that service panels 600V or less had at least 30 inches of clearance and that spaces within that 30 inches was not used as storage. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) TT of Woodmen, Inc. dba Woodmen Nissan: On or before 12/9/22 the employer did not ensure that flexible cords and cables were used in accordance with this standard. A power strip with a long cord was used in lieu of permanent wiring. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
