Cross braces were used as a means of access. a) Khana Peena restaurant located at 1706 Church Street, Decatur, GA 30033: On or about 12/12/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet - 1-inch while working on a tubular welded scaffold system, in that a ladder or other safe means of access was not provided as employees climbed scaffold frames and cross-bracing to access each level.
