29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about November 21, 2022, a work related hospitalization was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours after the employer was made aware of the hospitalization. Target was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341740, citation number Two(2) , item number One (1) and issued on January 3, 2019, and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1771 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange, FL.
