On or about December 13 , 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries. b. On or about December 13 , 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using an electric hand saw was not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about December 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet one (1) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about December 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, twenty (20) feet three (3) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
