29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 147 Brennan Drive, Lot 121, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: On December 13, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing and decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 12.8 feet to the ground below. Fabricio Baltista-Pinheiro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1610271, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Sage Field Drive, Rincon, GA 31326.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step. a) At 147 Brennan Drive, Lot 121, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: On December 13, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to use a six-foot a-frame ladder to gain access to the top of the first floor of the home by using the top rung and top step of the ladder exposing employees to a fall hazard to the ground below.
