Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground while working from an aerial lift without a means of fall protection as employees wore a fall harnesses without a lanyard attached to the basket. Violation occurred on or about 12/08/2022 b. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 35 feet to the ground while working from an aerial lift without a means of fall protection as employees wore a harnesses without a lanyard attached to the basket.
