29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training were to be met. On or about December 14, 2022, R & R Contracting Services Inc. had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace a written hazard communication (HAZCOM) program. R & R Contracting Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432463 citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/4/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 818 Lone Star Drive in O'Fallon, Missouri.
