For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1:  At a worksite located at Center 301 apartments, Belton, MO 64012: An employer exposed an employee to health hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the employee to use a saw that was not equipped with an integrated water delivery system to continuously feed water to the blade while cutting masonry.
