29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): The employer did not prohibit the use of body belts as part of fall arrest system: At the jobsite, in the warehouse, an employee was wearing a body belt attached to a personal fall arrests system on a Crown Electric Order Picker while picking boxes while standing on the racking system exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
