On or about December 14, 2022, during the installation of framing material at the job site located at 3958 SR 43, Kent Ohio 44240; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a commercial location were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees cutting and installing framing material.
