29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: site On or about 12/2/2022, workers on a site performing roof work were exposed to fall hazards up to 33 feet when fall protection was not being utilized. Northpoint Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562506, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/13/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Hale St. & Harvell St, Manchester NH 03102.
