Northrup Construction Inc.; 231 W Main St, Smethport, PA 16749, on or about 12/14/2022 and at times prior thereto: Two employees were prepping an 8" waterline inside a trench at a depth of 6' without any controls in place to protect employees from a trench collapse while working inside the excavation.
