The employer failed to ensure that workers did not come into contact with an exposed cable. The Power Distribution Unit was on during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) 4201 S Navajo St. Englewood, CO 80110: On or about December 14, 2022, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards due to a lack of housekeeping in the hallways of the building. In addition, some stairway entrances that are heavily trafficked were blocked by hanging cables and cords. The employer failed to ensure employees were prevented from tripping over power cords, equipment, boxes, etc., which blocked the hallways throughout the job site.
