29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder (breakers), and branch circuit were not legibly marked to indicate its purpose or located and arranged so the purpose is evident: Employees engaged in electrical panel or activities included in operations downstream of the circuit breaker, were exposed to electrical shock hazards. The electrical panel located on the outside wall of the feed mill building, between the feed mill and the break room building was not properly marked to identify breakers.
