ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4): Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface: A) On or about December 15, 2022 23-74 45th Street, Astoria, NY 11103 A snap switch light fixture located at the entrance of the storage/preparation area used to power the building's lighting system was observed missing a faceplate exposing employees to electrical hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
