Employees were required to with or around category 1 and 2 corrosive chemicals and skin/eye irritants, including concentrated Clorox Germicidal Bleach (contains sodium hydroxide),  Husky 824 Quick Care Disinfectant (contains dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride), and All-purpose ammonia cleaner.
