29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2) The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On December 16, 2022, the employer failed to fully document the employer?s trainings conducted by an onsite safety professional, to ensure that a Ryobi brand circular handfed table saw was utilized with the guard appropriately installed when feasible to make cuts.
