29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. On or about December 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, an employee operated the Cincinnati 135-Ton press brake while holding the material with his hands as the press cycled, exposing the employee to struck-by, caught-in and/or amputation hazards.
