29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:   a.) On and after June 30, 2022 at 141-28 Springfield Boulevard, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413    The employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with work-specific procedures for employees who were required to wear tight-fitting N95 respirators (3M Particulate Respirator 8210 N95) and half-face respirators with 3M 5201 cartridges while performing job duties such as, but not limited to, spray painting automotive vehicles exposing employees to respiratory system irritation.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

On and after June 30, 2022 at 141-28 Springfield Boulevard, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413:    Employees were provided with and required to wear N95 particulate respirators (3M Particulate Respirator 8210 N95) and tight-fitting half-face respirators with 3M 5201 cartridges while performing job duties such as, but not limited to, spray painting automotive vehicles. On and after June 30, 2022 at 141-28 Springfield Boulevard, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413:    Employees are provided with and required to wear N95 respirators (3M Particulate Respirator 8210 N95) and tight-fitting half-face respirators while performing job duties such as, but not limited to, spray painting of automotive bumpers, doors, trunks and side panels and the sanding of vehicles.  The employer failed to fit test employees prior to their initial use of a respirator.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
