A welder working in the tank manufacturing shop was exposed to a noise dose of 203%, or an equivalent dBA of 95.1 dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 488 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.   b.   A welder working in the detail fabrication shop was exposed to a noise dose of 145.7%, or an equivalent dBA of 92.7 dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 412 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.  c.   A machinist working in the tank manufacturing shop was exposed to a noise dose of 161.7%, or an equivalent dBA of 93.5 dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 484 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.  d.  A fabricator working in the detail fabrication shop was exposed to a noise dose of 104.2%, or an equivalent dBA of 90.3dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 412 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.  e.  A sandblaster working in the finishing shop was exposed to a noise dose of 164.1%, or an equivalent dBA of 93.5 dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 415 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.  f.  A fabricator working in the enclosure assembly shop was exposed to a noise dose of 130%, or an equivalent dBA of 91.8 dBA, which is capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 484 minutes during one shift on December 20, 2022. The employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees that performed this task.
