29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about 11/30/2022, as the controlling employer, USA Rail did not ensure that employees of Summit Valet Parking LLC were safe from slip and fall hazards while working in an asphalt parking lot managed by USA Rail that was partially snow and ice covered. A worker slipped, fell, and sustained injuries that would ultimately cause death.
