29 CFR 1910.243(a)(1)(i): Portable power driven circular saw(s) having a blade diameter greater than two inches were not equipped with guard(s) below the base plate or shoe which automatically and instantly returned to the covering position when the tool was withdrawn from the work: (a) On or about December 15, 2022 and times thereafter, in the maintenance fabrication room, employee(s) were operating a DeWalt DWE7480 table saw (serial # 2019 26-D7 124244) without a fully guarded blade.
