Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a.) On or about December 19, 2022, at 336 Trailorama Dr, North Port, FL,34287, employees in the process of re-roofing on a low slope roof, were exposed to fall hazards up to 12 feet 2 in., in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.

On or about December 19, 2022 , at 336 Trailorama Rd, North Port, FL, 34287, employees in the process of re-roofing on a low slope roof, were exposed to fall hazards in that, the ladder used to access the roof did not extend 36" above the upper landing surface.
