29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: Production area: On or about December 16, 2023, , a fork truck operator changing out propane tanks, was not protected against high pressure, freezing air (cryogenic hazards). The employee was not equipped with gloves and face shield to protect his hands and face.
