An RPT (Belkin) was also found zip-tied and permanently secured to a table directly next to a garbage can with cords running over paper products that had been disposed of in the garbage can creating a fire hazard.  The RPTs were not installed and used in accordance with the instruction in the listing, labeling, or certification such as, but not limited to, used as a substitute for fixed wiring, not being designed for industrial use to power a labeling machine, being daisy chained together, and being permanently secured to a table.
