29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Box Assembly Area - On or about February 15, 2023, relocatable power taps (RPTs) and extension cords were daisy chained together and powering various equipment including, but not limited to, Weber Labeling Machine.   An RPT (Belkin) was also found zip-tied and permanently secured to a table directly next to a garbage can with cords running over paper products that had been disposed of in the garbage can creating a fire hazard.  The RPTs were not installed and used in accordance with the instruction in the listing, labeling, or certification such as, but not limited to, used as a substitute for fixed wiring, not being designed for industrial use to power a labeling machine, being daisy chained together, and being permanently secured to a table.
