29 CFR 1910.244(a)(1)(ii): The rated load shall be legibly and permanently marked in a prominent location on the jack by casting, stamping, or other suitable means. a) At 1300 Pope Dr, Douglas, GA: On or about December 20, 2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the lift table cart was not labeled with the rated load.
