The employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication/Globally Harmonized System (GHS) program, which would address labeling and other forms of warnings on hazardous material containers, Safety Data Sheets, and employee information and training on the hazards associated with the chemicals utilized on site, and is consistent with the GHS (29 CFR 1910.1200(a)(1)).  The written program must also contain: 1. List of all hazardous materials on site using  product identifier that is referenced on the Safety Data Sheet. 2. The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks;
