29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section: On or about December 13, 2022, at 1919 Northwest 19th Street, Unit 204 Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to serious upper arm injuries and crushing hazards while engaging in the process of cleaning a meat grinder machine where the employer's program for Sanitation Lock and Tag Out was not enforced.
