29 CFR 1910.176(a): Use of mechanical equipment. Where mechanical handling equipment were used, permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. A) Location: The permanent aisles designated for Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) use at the South Dock, Machine-1 Dumping area, near the Automatic Parcel Bundle Sorter (APBS), and throughout the south part of the facility. The yellow decals (striping/dots) indented to mark the location of the aisles were worn off or missing from the floor to the extent that the location of the aisle edges were no longer recognizable.
