No. 10A-1970: On or about December 21, 2022, and at times prior to, two (2) portable fire extinguishers at the jobsite were not inspected and maintained in accordance with NFPA 10A-1970; both fire extinguishers were missing the safety pin and tamper seal and were not fully charged.
