29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about November 29, 2022, employees were performing framing work activities without the use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than six (6) feet to the ground below. a. An employee was working from the first floor balcony and was not in use of a fall protection system. b. Employees were working from the second floor and were not in use of fall protection systems.
