On or about 12/21/22 :  Employees,  applying lubricant to the gears of a 3M- Matic 7000a-7000a3 Pro Adjustable Case Sealer (Taping Machine) was not protected from numerous sources of energy  because the employer did not certify that periodic inspection  of the energy control procedure had been performed.   Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
