29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Location - 172 King Street, Groveland, MA On or about 12/22/2022, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections by a competent person to identify hazards such as fall from heights and electrical shock. Refined Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1555413, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 620 Lafayette, Road, Seabrook, NH.
