Location - Proofer room On or about 12/27/22, an employee did not clearly understand not to attempt to clear a board jam in an area marked as restricted.

29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily apparent. Tags shall be used until such time as the identified hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is completed. Tags need not be used where signs, guarding or other positive means of protection are being used. Location - Proofer door: On or about 12/27/22, the sign on the proofer door (an area that the employer did not want hourly paid employees accessing) was not written in the native languages of the employees working in the immediate vicinity.
